From Rhialto:
- Fixed a bug where you could loot another player’s coin purse if it was on the ground. This allowed infinite money transfers, and also infinite gold via creating characters, converting their crowns to gold, transferring, then deleting the character.
- Thanks to Balin for discovering this — he got a 1000-Crown bounty for reporting it.
- Stash command now works with bags of vast holding.
- Missiles now pass through anti-magic shields.
- All health-boosting items (amulets/rings of vitality, girdle of con, olympic gold medal, etc.) now
modify your healing skill rather than changing your max HPhave a flat-rate boost rather than some giving percentages. This is to work around a broad set of hysteresis effects from interacting with each other, and with guild bonuses. - Added autobag shortcut gems
- Fixed it so you shouldn’t lose XP if you die in a portable hole in a PK arena.
- Changes to Spirit Travel skill:
- It is now max 10 for training. I untrained everyone above that level, and gave back their skill points.
- You now have a chance to dodge Death when you die, and not lose any XP. It starts at 10% with 1 point in the skill, and maxes at 40% with 10 points.
- Just to be clear, it also still reduces the XP you lose when you die. This is a buff for the skill.
- I added a sword shop to the Paladins Guild. I also expanded the Axemans Guild shop with a few more axes, and made both shops generate weapons up to level 20 (rather than 10, as before). Finally, I made newly-generated weapons of +speed 10x more expensive.
- No-steal equipment mod now works for coin purses.
- I still need help figuring out how no-curse items are getting cursed.
- Also need help with how no-damage armor is getting damaged. Can’t repro it yet.
- The min price for no-damage mod is now 5 crowns. Only affects low-level items. Was supposed to be that way from day 1, but there was a coding oversight.
- Slight buff to cacodemons by player demand, still not as bad as they used to be
- Slight nerfs to naga kali form: lower hp and ac, and slightly higher drain rate
- This is consistent with making them glass cannons. Their DPS is crazy, and the leaderboards are filling up with nagas, so this change is needed for balance.
- I may buff them back up when the new loot system arrives. The main parity issue is with the lack of good weapons for other melee classes.
