Wyvern Source and its related URL www.wyvernsource.com (collectively, “Wyvern Source”), administrated by Jeremiah McClure and Adam D’Abbracci (collectively, the “Administrator”) is an unofficial, unaffiliated source of information on the game “Wyvern” which is separately and distinctly owned by Ghost Track Inc. Users of this Wiki hereby understand, acknowledge and agree that by User’s use of the Wiki and by his or her continued use of the Wiki:
a. This Wiki may allow User to post, reply, submit, publish, display, or transmit to Administrator and other third-party users (collectively, “Post”) content or materials about the game “Wyvern” which may include, without limitation: any and all information and data gathered about any vulnerabilities, glitches or errors within Wyvern; additions to Wyvern, user-generated content of any kind, user-uploaded content of any kind, any content generated or created by the User in Wyvern, online using Wyvern, or online in discussion of Wyvern; any concepts and feedback received by Administrator from User, and any ideas and concepts given by User to Administrator; as well as feedback regarding gameplay, game design decisions, user accessibility and playability of the Wyvern (collectively, “User Contributions”).
b. User agrees that Administrator has the sole and exclusive right to limit and/or terminate User’s participation in this Forum. By having the limited opportunity to use this Forum, User agrees that:

User Contributions shall not be illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and shall not consist of or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”
d. Any User Contribution that User Posts shall be non-confidential and non-proprietary to User, and User hereby irrevocably and unequivocally grants to Administrator a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferrable, assignable and fully sublicensable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Contribution throughout the world in any media whatsoever, whether currently existing or hereinafter created.
e. User represents and warrants that User owns or otherwise controls all of the rights to the User Contributions that User Posts at the time of Posting; that the User Contributions are accurate and not fraudulent or deceptive; and that the User Contributions do not violate these terms or the rights (intellectual property rights or otherwise) of any third party, and will not cause injury to any person or entity or any property associated therewith.

User acknowledges and agrees that all User Contributions may be copied by Administrator, and discussed on and outside of this Wiki, and if User does not have the right to submit User Contributions for such use, User shall indemnify, defend and hold Administrator, Ghost Track Inc., and their affiliates harmless for any improper submission therewith. User agrees that Administrator has no responsibility and Administrator assumes no liability whatsoever for any content Posted by User or any third party or any property associated therewith.
g. Administrator has the right in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any User Contributions. Administrator also has the right to terminate User’s access to all or part of this Wiki for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these terms or for not agreeing to any updated terms and conditions of the Wiki.

i. all artwork, images, videos, code, trademarks, and related media on www.wyvernsource.com that are directly from the Application are the sole and exclusive property of Ghost Track Inc.;
j. all right, title and interest in and to the trademark “WYVERN” in connection with the game “Wyvern” belongs solely and exclusively to Ghost Track Inc.;
k. the information contained in Wyvern Source is for general information purposes only, and Wyvern Source makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, whether equitable or by operation of law, and whether on behalf of itself or Ghost Track Inc., about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose;
l. through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Wyvern Source or Ghost Track Inc. Wyvern Source has no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within any third party sites; and
m. “www.wyvernsource.com” is the creation of Jeremiah McClure and Adam D’Abbracci, and neither individual is an employee, independent contractor, joint venturer or affiliate of Ghost Track Inc.”
