- Capped the max danger level for traps, to anywhere from 20 to 50 depending on the trap. It’s 25 for net and web traps. This will make it a lot easier to get out of them in deep dungeons, since the trap danger level used to be your actual dungeon depth.
- Made magic traps summon up to 30th level monsters depending on map depth. Used to be capped at 18th level mobs. It uses map depth / 2, so you can find 30th level monsters at dungeon level 60 now if they come out of a magic trap. Be careful!
- Your summoned monsters can no longer petrify you, nor paralyze you.
- If there are any other effects that need examining, let me know.
- Spiral stairs should now allow player overlap.
- Amulets of Lifesaving and the Phoenix now try even harder to save you. There were some reported cases where you could die after being saved and teleported to safety, presumably from monster attacks still queued up. I now clear the monster queues of all monsters in the map where you were saved, so it should really save you.
- Similar fix for Portable Holes, though using a different mechanism. You now should not be able to take damage inside a portable hole. There are probably abuses for this, so we’ll have to keep an eye on it.
- High-level players should no longer lag the server when they deposit gold at ATMs. I hope.
- New tree types in Varak, Rakshasa Harmya, Bandar Gaah and JBel. I’ll try to make the trees available in builder mode soon.
- Minath got a minor facelift, including new trees and new music. A full remodel (new buildings) is in the pipeline but won’t be done for a month or so.
