High prio features:
- Redo the Post Explorer quest to be a fixed, linear path that tours around the overworld.
- New mission(s) for gearing up / training up new characters for their preferred build.
- Death ray is broken. PvM will need a cooldown, and MvP needs to reduce your max health.
- Add Saana code for summons, so they will follow you around.
- Auto-LQs and raid bosses. (Have design finished, and initial artwork.)
- Instance more high-traffic maps (e.g. minath ruins).
- More training/loot maps for players level 7-15.
- Instance demon hordes quest.
- More VIP RDs, and more high-level RDs in general.
- Auction tiles in player homes (exchanges item for gold in same square).
High prio bugs:
- Wood elves cannot ready tutorial wand; their bow is in the way.
- Monsters are being marked as dead but not actually dying, which causes many problems.
- Resists cast on summons don’t dispell on summon’s death => pile up to 500+ in cast list
- “flee on”/”flee off” commands seem to have disappeared.
- Leveling up in ninja guild screws up the bonuses until you log out.
- Report that you can no longer link gates/levers in builder mode.
- Mission board allows player overlap, but you can’t use tapping to do it.
- Killing zombie generators makes you evil.
- Lootsplit is not working at all.
- Misc reported exploits that need to be closed up.
- Selling in VIP shop w/ 10 merchant gives lower value than regular shop.
- Older wraps/sashes have different AC than newer ones.
- “get all” doesn’t support autobag rules.
- autofire issues (lag, freezes, etc.)
- builder mode glitches – can’t remove certain items like mountain/forest borders
- player image often doesn’t show on login until you move
Priority game infrastructure:
- Dup-item detection/removal phase 2 (see reddit post)
- Bags can sometimes/rarely lose their contents due to 1 bad item. Need finer-grained saving.
- Put the new DPS, XP/hour and gold/hour counters on players.
- Need a way to disable broken items in-game, so they all just stop working. (E.g. when vorpal was instakilling everything due to a bug.)
- Need a way to ban an entire subnet or IP addr range.
- Need direct support for temp banishments.
- Admin tools for designated players.
- Deleting a character doesn’t delete their home.
Priority cloud/client infrastructure:
- Will force an upgrade of the iOS client in a few days, as part of a mandatory backend migration I’m being forced into.
- Have made progress on “Android requires GMail + Contacts Access” issue — should be solved in < 4 weeks.
- Upgraded server to more expensive machine, which has reduced crashes to about 1x/day.
- Still working on trying to extract crash logs from servers that die.
- I have a support-ipv6 deadline from Apple on October 1st, need to figure something out.
- Still trying to launch PC client this year, lots of work left to do.
Medium prio features:
- add more builder mode stuff every now and then
- “junk room” for donating items that can be used by new players. (no-sell, no-give, disappear-on-drop).
- Appraising weapons should show what skill the weapon uses.
- Have some high-level hostile monsters occasionally teleport to random player in same map.
- Dart spells should go through allies.
- Enchant tokens should stack.
- Player-enchanted armor prices need an overhaul.
- Change it so you cannot give gold across accounts, but can give crowns. Requires changes for enchanting and other services.
- “eat all” command that eats any available food.
- finish tail socks (have the artwork)
- some way for archers to remote-target neutrals.
- group members should overlap allied summons
- add 3rd per-player event queue, just for firing
- generate missiles with +durability (reduces loss-chance)
- key ring (“bag” for keys)
- lunchbox (“bag” for food)
- artifacts need to be time-based.
- cone spells should scale better with element skill
- builder mode – set object layer

- wizard eye cannot move all directions.
- scrying spell double reagent bug.
- bravery autocast + iron will = spam
- free action + immunity to either effect = spam
- manual firing arrows does not destroy earth blocks or generators
- spike and fire traps still affect leopards
- pig latin curse never dispels
- report that smart-heal uses 2 stone to flesh pots
Misc:
- misc quest bugs and mobile usability issues.
- tap anywhere on balloon to land. (First port that awful code to Kotlin.)
- show actual scheduled reboot time (server computes it in advance)
- merge stash and autobag rules
- smart-heal should drink potion of water breathing if you are drowning
